I’m your go-to for all things teen empowerment, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Essentially, it’s anything transformational that produce a feeling of beauty and balance in your world.
The last 13 years of my life has been dedicated to developing and deepening my understanding of life and building my conscious awareness.
It is this constant curiosity that made me a teacher of yoga, meditation, and metaphysics.
About Me
I’m a mum to two teens in high school. Not only do they inspire me, they also keep me busy and grounded in my beliefs.
When I’m not being a mum, doing yoga or hanging out with loved ones, I am on a lifelong quest for continued learning and studying.
Inspired + Empowered + Encouraged + Uplifted + Motivated

Beauty and Balance
I’m a professionally qualified Make-Up Artist. I have spent over 20 years working in the media and the bridal arena, including being the state trainer for Chanel. I even managed the make-up events as the Promotions Executive.
This brought me to create the workshop Inside Out Beauty.
I kept it simple and small. Running courses independently and doing work with the Reach Out organisation. My focus was to help women from disadvantaged and abusive backgrounds to get back up on their feet and into courses or into the workforce
“I was called to leave my ‘glamourous’ job and created a business that would help women and eventually the whole community to be connected and empowered.”
Inside Out Yoga
Moving into working as a Youth Mentor, I created Inside Out Yoga in 2016.
Using Yoga as a basis of a school program. It was originally a regular yoga program for parents and staff to attend in the school after drop off time or after school for the community.
Membership also gave the opportunity for the parents to attend with their children.
Moving forward to help teens, I created the Inside Out Beauty Teen and more recently starting the First Moon Circle for tweens and their mothers (or other alternative female relative).
“I am moved to tears when the mothers take their daughters over the rite of passage to their woman.”
